ORDERING
All sales are final. We will only replace the defective item with Proper RMA number. There will be 20% restocking fee on all the returns.
We recommend you to buy enough for your project beacuse there might be variation in the color because we cannot guarantee color match on two diffrent lots. Your ordered items quantity may be adjusted to the bolt size. There might be no inter compatibility of colors between different items please confirm with us to make sure before or after placing an order.
Though items may be are color fast, but we do not make any guarantee for color fastness, shrinkage etc. Please do your own testing before use.
Colors on your Monitor screen may differ depending on the resolution. We advice you to request for Swatches before you purchase.
Closeout Items are sold as is there might be color variations, cosmetic flaws etc. so no exchange or return for these if you have any question please contact us before you purchase.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We will only replace or fix the defective item if claim is made within 5 days of receipt of goods with Proper RMA number. Customers are requested to send the merchandise back at their cost and we will replace and ship the item free of charge. Refund or subsitutes are not allowed.

If you don't find a ITEM on the web site, please send email or give us a call. If we don't stock it, we'll be glad to special order it for you.

SHIPPING
We usually ship by UPS Ground or as requested. Orders shipped by USPS are uninsured, we are not responsible for lost or damages unless additional insurance is requested. Shipping Charges are non-refunded.
Most of the orders are shipped same business day if placed before 3.00pm CST the day we receive them, some conditions do apply. Please note that this applies to UPS, Fedex or DHL shipments to US addresses, and only to business days, when UPS, Fedex or DHL is operating. If you order a item that we need to special order for you, we'll provide you with an estimate of the time it takes to get the item to you.
Rush Shipments are available within the continental U.S. by UPS Next day or UPS Second Day Delivery(we might aslo use DHL or fedex) time to time .
We ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested . All shipping charges are automatically calculated by the system according to weight / size /destination of the item at the time of shipping. ALL orders outside US are shipped by USPS to save frieght charges, We may charge a very nominal shipping and handling charge according to the size /weight/price of the item )to keep our prices low and competetive. All items are shipped from our warehouse facility in Frisco, TX.
Customer will be responsible for all and any Taxes, Duties and customs clearance charges or any other.All prices are FOB (Our Warehouse)Frisco, TX.
